Daniel co-founded Nexova Solutions in 2017 after twelve years in enterprise infrastructure at Dell EMC and Rackspace. He holds an MBA from UT Austin and a BS in Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech. Under his leadership, Nexova grew from 8 employees to over 340 across three continents. Sarah joined Nexova in 2018 as VP of Engineering and was appointed CTO in 2021. Previously she led platform engineering at Stripe and held senior roles at Cloudflare. She holds an MS in Distributed Systems from Carnegie Mellon. Sarah oversees all product engineering, security, and infrastructure teams.
Marcus brings 20 years of enterprise software finance experience. Before Nexova, he served as VP of Finance at SolarWinds and Director of FP&A at IBM. He is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Texas. Marcus manages all financial operations, investor relations, and legal compliance.
Priya leads Nexova's security program, including product security, compliance, and internal security operations. She holds CISSP and CISM certifications and previously ran red team operations at Palo Alto Networks. She is a frequent speaker at DEF CON and RSA Conference. Her team manages Nexova's SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.
James manages Nexova's 80-person engineering organization across backend, frontend, and DevOps disciplines. He joined from HashiCorp where he led the Terraform Enterprise team. He is passionate about developer experience and internal tooling. James is based in Austin and occasionally works from the London office.
Elena leads Nexova's global sales organization, managing a team of 45 account executives across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Before Nexova she spent 8 years at Splunk in enterprise sales. She holds a BA in Business Administration from UC Berkeley. Elena is based in Austin with frequent travel to the London office.
Tom owns the product roadmap for all three Nexova product lines. He joined from Elastic where he was a Principal PM for the Observability suite. He has an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from UCLA.
Grace oversees recruiting, HR operations, and culture at Nexova. She previously built the people function at two Austin-based startups through their Series B rounds. She is a SHRM-SCP certified HR professional and holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.
