Requirements: • 5+ years building production Node.js applications • Deep experience with PostgreSQL — query optimization, indexing, replication strategies • Redis for caching and pub/sub messaging • RabbitMQ or similar message queue experience • Comfortable with AWS ECS, EKS, and S3 • Experience with Datadog or similar observability tooling Nice to have: experience with Apache Kafka or Kinesis.

Our infrastructure team manages the systems that power Nexova's global data platform. We run thousands of containers across multiple AWS regions. Requirements: • Expert-level Terraform — we manage all infrastructure as code • AWS ECS and EKS orchestration • CI/CD pipeline ownership (we use GitHub Actions and Jenkins) • PagerDuty integration and on-call rotation management • Experience with Vault for secrets management • PostgreSQL DBA experience a strong plus You will work closely with our security team on CrowdStrike Falcon deployment and AWS Security Hub findings.

Nexova's marketing site runs on WordPress with custom Elementor themes. We need a developer to maintain and extend it. Requirements: • 3+ years WordPress development • WordPress 5.8 experience (we have not yet migrated to 6.x) • Elementor Pro theme customization • PHP 7.4 and MySQL • Basic JavaScript/jQuery for custom widgets • WooCommerce experience a plus for our resource store This role does not require infrastructure experience — you will work entirely within the WordPress admin and theme editor.

Join Priya Nair's security team to help protect Nexova's infrastructure and maintain our compliance certifications. Requirements: • 4+ years in enterprise security engineering • CrowdStrike Falcon administration and tuning • Okta SSO and MFA deployment experience • AWS Security Hub and GuardDuty • SOC 2 Type II audit experience • Penetration testing background helpful — we conduct annual third-party pen tests and need someone who understands the attacker perspective CISSP or CISM preferred.

The NexaSense hardware team builds the firmware that runs on our gateway devices deployed in industrial environments. Requirements: • C and C++ for embedded systems • RTOS experience (FreeRTOS preferred) • MQTT and CoAP protocol implementation • ARM Cortex-M microcontroller experience • Experience with TLS 1.2/1.3 on constrained devices • OTA firmware update systems You will collaborate closely with our cloud team to ensure reliable bi-directional communication between field devices and our AWS IoT Core backend.

Our data platform team owns the pipelines that move, transform, and store data for both internal analytics and the NexaStream product. Requirements: • Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis stream processing • Apache Spark for batch processing • PostgreSQL and Redshift data warehousing • dbt for data transformation • Python for pipeline automation • Airflow or Prefect for orchestration Experience with Databricks is a significant advantage.

Join Elena Vasquez's enterprise sales team. You will own a territory of Fortune 1000 accounts and sell Nexova's full product portfolio. Requirements: • 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales • Experience selling to CTOs and VP Engineering personas • Salesforce CRM expertise • Track record of $1M+ ARR quotas • Comfortable with technical conversations about infrastructure and data systems • Experience with Outreach.io or similar sales engagement tools

Be the technical expert that Nexova's enterprise customers turn to when things break. Requirements: • Strong Linux systems administration • PostgreSQL troubleshooting (query analysis, connection issues) • Docker and Kubernetes basics • Network troubleshooting — TCP/IP, DNS, TLS • Experience with Zendesk or Jira Service Management • Python scripting for automation You will work with our engineering team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, and occasionally write runbooks and documentation.
